Designed to offer the convenience and simplicity of a timeless place, this peaceful community fosters a healthy quality of life where shops, dining, fitness, and recreation are all a short distance away. It's a smooth, scenic drive to either Cashiers/Highlands or downtown Asheville, both offering celebrated culinary and entertainment scenes. Popular attractions like the Smoky Mountain Park and the Biltmore Estate are also easily accessible. This Maggie Valley vacation rental is located in Western North Carolina and is approximately 35 minutes to downtown Asheville.
Road Conditions
The road up to Anakeesta is paved. It's a short and winding, elevated drive. It is maintained year-round, so a 4WD is not necessary.
Fireplace Preparation
Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning fireplace, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
Spacious Sounds
While the home is surrounded by trees, traffic can be heard from the nearby road, particularly during the winter.
